Solid cast-aluminium construction

Durability does not remove the need for inspection. Check the body, burner, controls, seal and cylinder connection before every use. Do not operate a torch that has been dropped heavily, damaged, modified or exposed to contamination around the gas inlet.
Ergonomic stay-cool handle
The handle is shaped to offer a comfortable, secure grip, helping the user direct the flame steadily around pipework, fittings and other suitable components. Its stay-cool design helps separate the hand position from the hottest areas of the burner.
“Stay cool” does not mean the complete torch remains cold. The burner tube, nozzle and nearby metal components become hot during operation. Do not touch them until the torch has been turned off and allowed to cool completely.
Built-in Piezo ignition
The integrated Piezo trigger produces the spark required to light the gas, so an external flint ignitor is not normally needed. This helps tradespeople start the flame quickly when moving between joints or job locations.

The Super Total Fire Blow Torch uses a CGA 600 valve connection with a 1″-20 UNEF thread. It is designed for suitable Map-Plus and propane cylinders with this fitting.
Map-Plus, frequently searched for as MAPP gas, offers greater heat output than propane and strong cold-weather performance. Propane is a common option for lighter-duty or general heating work. The appropriate fuel depends on the component, task and working conditions.
A matching connection alone does not prove that every cylinder is suitable. Confirm the approved fuel type, valve, thread and manufacturer’s instructions before attaching a bottle. Never force the thread, modify the connection or use an unapproved adaptor.

- Check for leaks using only the procedure approved by the manufacturer. Never test for a leak with a flame.
During use:
- hold the torch and cylinder only in orientations approved by the manufacturer;
- point the burner away from people, the bottle and combustible surfaces;
- protect surrounding materials with suitable flame-resistant measures;
- apply heat gradually and evenly;
- maintain appropriate fire-control equipment nearby;
- never operate in a confined or poorly ventilated area;
- never leave a lit torch unattended; and
- shut off the gas immediately if the flame or equipment behaves unexpectedly.
After use, release the flame lock, close the gas valve as instructed and place the equipment on a stable, non-combustible surface until completely cool. Store the torch and cylinder securely in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place away from sunlight, heat,children and unauthorised users.
